The Quest™Finding New Ways to See
This half-day outdoor workshop is designed for organizations and teams seeking a path
through change. Designed in collaboration with our colleagues at Kairios and Synergy Learning Systems, "The Quest" takes participants through an experience grounded in the powerful structures of mythology and supported by the beauty of living forests.
Teams and individuals embark on a journey wherein they are challenged to solve mysteries and discover items based on verbal and visual clues. Through reflection, Quest participants develop the trust in themselves and others to see things with fresh eyes. This innovative outdoor adventure connects teams with their own strength and flexibility, giving them the tools needed to encounter, inhabit and enrich their organizations through times of deep change.
